We process: account data (name, e-mail, encrypted password), shipping and billing data, order data, payment outcome (payments handled by Stripe; card data is not stored by us), browsing data and technical cookies. Purposes: performance of the sale contract and account management, accounting/tax obligations, security and fraud prevention, and — only with your consent — newsletter and non-technical cookies.

• Accounting/tax obligations: Art. 6.1.c GDPR;
• Marketing and non-technical cookies: Art. 6.1.a GDPR (consent, revocable at any time);
• Security, fraud prevention, legal defence: Art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Data may be shared with processors (Art. 28 GDPR): Stripe (payments, IE/USA), Vercel (hosting, USA), MongoDB Atlas (database), the courier, and Flora Solutions (technical maintenance). Some providers process data in the United States under adequate safeguards (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). Retention: order and tax records for 10 years; account data until deletion; marketing data until consent withdrawal.

You may exercise, free of charge, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to Ilvelo_italia@hotmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
